How have you done the last decade in your investments? New Year’s resolution time is a good time to look at your finances and take inventory.
As we look back at the last ten years, and with our yearend statements coming in, it is a great time to compare other options that we offer. From 2000-2010 the S&p 500 index ended 0.48%. Many people that had money invested in this ten year period may not have seen much of a return on these investments. That really doesn’t seem right to me. I feel the next decade is going to be much like the last and volatility is here to stay. Do you have a plan that worked for the last decade??
